- Realtors – In showing a potential home to a client, realtors can often use the expert guidance of an experienced building contractor. Gerety Building & Restoration offers complimentary home purchase consultation to realtors. We provide assessments of work that may be required, as well as evaluate the potential for additions, renovations, and restorations. Upon request, we will provide written estimates. Conversely, we can also evaluate construction work that may be required to make a house market ready. Having Gerety as part of your realty team enhances the service you provide to your clients.
